Jolly has a wealth of hair design experience, including being on instructor for the National Hairdresser Association and a platform artist for national manufacturers. Previously based in Atlanta, Jolly also specializes in designing styles that work with your facial and head shapes and also lifestyle. In the years since she and Rodney opened Studio Twenty-8, Jolly has built a loyal clientele but welcomes new appointments. She looks forward to meeting you. |
